Eli Young Band is going to be at Rodeo Club in San Jose on Thurs 5/8/14. Tickets go on sale on Sat 4/19 somewhere in the San Jose area, but the location has yet to be release for that onsale. Tickets WILL SELL OUT THAT DAY, so don't wait to buy them on the following Monday at the KRTY offices. None will be left! EDIT: The show sold out in 28 minutes!

SAN JOSE, CA - On Fri 2/11/11, Adam the Dancing Cowboy will be teaching fun and easy line dance lessons just before James Otto & The Jane Dear Girls take the stage at the Rodeo Club in San Jose!
James Otto sings "Just Got Started Lovin You,” "Drink & Dial" and "Soldiers & Jesus."
The Jane Dear girls are a hot new group and their current radio single is "Wildflower." These girls have lots of energy and are HOT, gentlemen!
Opening the show are the Dirt Drifters, a new act to the San Jose area.

Happy "National Kiss & Make Up Day!" I don't know how you get a national day commemorating the use of PDA to make up for being dumb, but hey, they have days celebrating less enjoyable activities!
On another note, it's also my birthday...yes, happy birthday to me!
And on a third note, please stay up late on 8/31 and tune in to 95.3 KRTY when the clock strikes midnight. That's when I'll be on the radio next!

Back in April I taught line dancing lessons at the Phil Vassar concert and the DJ's from KRTY were there including Gary Scott Thomas, Julie Stevens, Indiana Al and Randy Jones. Somehow we got them to jump on the dance floor and learn God Blessed Texas. Here is what Julie sent me this morning regarding that lesson...
"Since Gary and I have no rhythm and would never consider learning to dance on our own...we were pleasantly suprised to find out how easy it was to learn Adam's line dances. It was fun too."

SAN JOSE, CA - The Rodeo Club is one of the places Adam can be found dancing. The Rodeo Club opens two main dance floors on country nights. The larger front one is used for couples dancing and line dancing, as the line dancers have seem to forgotten the line dance floor to the side of the stage.
This is the club that KRTY sponsors, so you can listen to KRTY 95.3 FM for news on upcoming concerts or go to our Rodeo Club Concerts page for line dance info. The picture above is of Julie Roberts, the country singer, not Julia Roberts the actress. =)
